Other than Marquez, who was Pacquiao's toughest opponent? I say it was Morales.

Yeah. Morales was the only other guy to beat him really apart from his two early losses and not counting the Bradley decision.

Torrecampo and Singsurat both stopped him. So I'd say they were pretty tough.

You mean the one who would be the toughest for all boxers or who was the toughest to Pacquiao specifically?

If the former, then its Barrera, Morales or Margarito. If it's the latter, then its probably Morales. After he left teenhood, he destroyed everyone else he fought.

    Has to be Floyd

It's impossible to beat this guy, PAC couldn't even touch him.

Well yes, in his poverty days, when he was 19 and malnourished, these guys were pretty tough for Pacquiao.

I guess Pacquiao is so legendary now that - food in the stomach and adequate training or not - he is expected to destroy everyone the same way he destroyed Morales, Barrera and Cotto when he was actually fed like a developed world person should be.

He was 21 and a world champ when Signsurat stopped him. The thread asked who he toughest opponent besides Marqeuz was. You can't simply disregard certain fights.

Except several people, myself included, have said that Morales was Pacquiao's toughest opponent.
