    Roach always says that no one he has ever trained trains harder than pac. Its a fact if you want to be great at anything you have to train until its your second nature. I never could sustain my training. If any of you young boxers want a model for training, emulate pac.

    What's so amazing is that Pac is tireless and focused in improving his skills. He walks another mile, so to speak. It's paying off in the end.

    there are moments watching them on the pads that show how completely Roach had figured Hatton out. He had his footwork down to a tee
