Wow this article is embarrassing to read. He is like a text book case of that guy everyone knows and hates. JMM is an embarrasment to Mexican boxing.

1.) first, he turns down $750,000.00 and rematch w/Pac in late 2004, and then goes to Indonesia to fight Chris John for a lousy $30,000

2.) then, he ducks Humberto Soto in 2007, and turned down offers to fight Soto, to instead fought lesser knowns like Jimrex Jaca,

4.) then he DUCKS a Barrera rematch, after MAB demanded a rematch, cause JMM barely beat an Old Barrera and "won" a disputed close split-decision, despite being knockdowned by Barrera.

5.) then he publicly shows on HBO 24/7 that he drinks his own urine, and it gets replayed on YouTube and the net many times.atsch

6.) then he again DUCKS Humberto Soto for a unfication match of the Lighweight Belts, despite media pressure, especially from TV AZTECA, if he would fight Soto.
and each time he is asked about a possible match-up with Soto, Marquez COWARDLY changes the subject, as he did once on an ESPN BOXEO live interview via satellite.

7.) then after JMM blatantly ducked Soto, and to avoid a unfication bout with Soto, JMM fought an easy inexperienced C-level punching bag-Michael Katsidis, whom had already been beated by Casamayor and Juan Diaz, both of which were KO'd by JMM earlier.

8.) then he prices himself out, at another negotiating rematch against Pac, cause JMM wants more than $5 million.

9.) now JMM ducks Erik Morales, after JMM also had ducked Robert Guerrero (all 3 of atschwhich clearly ducked Humberto Soto many times).




and whats even more disgusting are the idiot posters on this forum who support JMM, and think he's Mexico's best, when in fact, many Mexicans and the Mexican Media in Mexico have now turned their attention to Humberto Soto as Mexico's best.
