Would you guys favor any current WW or JMW to stop Clottey?

I'm pretty sure nobody would outright knock that guy out, but on accumulation or Clottey simply not throwing ANYTHING back after a while?...

Funny how you use a very violent term against Pac for a fight he dominated. Snapped the **** out of? Guess what, that didn't hurt Pac, either.

This was the only part of the fight that I really enjoyed, as a boxing fan. I haven't seen Pac commit so consistently to the body in...well, ever, actually. This is the first time for me. He was actually unleashing some sharp combinations and really digging into the pit of the stomach and the ribs, sneaking around the elbows. I'm really surprised that Clottey could take all those...I was sure that they would break him down and drop his guard. He utterly refused to drop that shell though, no matter what Pac did to his abs, and that takes a hell of a lot of toughness and determination. I just wish he had utilised those guts in an offensive as well as defensive manner, to make the fight more interesting...but it was a good experience for Pac, because he was learning how to cope with a very frustrating style. He had to solve the riddle of cracking steel armour -- he never did completely do this, but he certainly beat the armour enough to easily win the fight and keep Clottey constantly wary and gunshy.

Yep, I was really impressed at Pac's body shots in that fight.

Like the HBO crew correctly pointed out, Pac did what he has to do. No opening upstairs so sidestep and go to the body

He's always attacked the body well, whenever he really wanted to.

    Back in the late 90's.

because he does. i dont think there's any argument about it. if it was cotto who was throwing that much body punches, we could have seen at least a KD. but i doubt that cotto can make clottey curl up in his shell the whole night like pac did.

True, those body shots would have brought anyone else down. They were viscious.

I am thinking, how will those body punches affect Mayweather's defense?
