Boxing fans how many times have we seen a fighter injure his shoulder and keep fighting? Three examples jump out immediately to me, remember B Hop against Echols or even Berto vs Soto Karass, heck I think a guy many love on this forum, Loma, had a fight recently where he had to fight with one arm after being injured during the fight...and of course there's Floyd vs Castillo. Also Floyd in any number of fights where he clearly injures his hands...R. Guerrero, C. Hernandez, Baldomir, etc...

One thing these fighters have in common is even with a clearly visible injury they still fought with HEART, still tried to win, and win or lose they didn't play the sympathy game afterwards! #48 literally went into the post conference wanting fans to feel sorry for him...but why? He didn't fight like a warrior, didn't go out on his shield, didn't show HEART, and in my opinion he gave up after the 9th round.. but not due to injury but frustration.

Floyd was too quick, smart, experienced, and foiled any strategy #48 might have had. Somebody please point out one instance during the fight that #48 or his team ever mentions, demonstrates, or show the effects of a torn rotator cuff! Where is talk of it in his corner...ice bags, rubs, massage?? Pain on #48 face?? Show me one conversation in his corner where they discuss a shoulder injury? Is it taboo to mention? I've never seen a corner not ask their fighter what's wrong, how you feel, can you see, hear, smell, how's your limbs?!

If #48 in fact has a torn rotator cuff during the fight then his corner is the most inept corner in the history of boxing!! So Pac-fans say that Floyd knew #48 was hurt, I find it amazing that you believe Floyd know but #48's corner and his trainer doesn't!

But again I've watched the fight repeatedly and I can not detect any semblance of #48 suffering a shoulder injury, the only suffering I see is lack of HEART!

The irony is that a person who posts they didn't read has more comments than those that did, you are the true definition of an uninformed idiot talking loud saying nothing

Pacquiao was focusing on not getting hit, he was outstanding in his head movements and feinting, he reduced Mayweather's accuracy to an exemplary degree, he just couldn't figure out what to do without his preferred mid-range and he was bamboozled that Floyd was as fast as he was. Mayweather is only really troubled by guys coming in with a 15-20 pound weight advantage, Maidana was really ****ing awkward and is difficult to predict, Pacquiao's best chance was being Pacquiao... going for broke and hitting him with those frenzied wild-angle punches... he had memories of Marquez after round 1 when he saw Mayweather is pretty damn quick and hits harder than anybody seems to realize.

If I was a Pacquiao fan, I'd have been beyond disappointed by his lack of effort, I've said it before but he didn't seem like he came to win, it looked like he was there to collect the cash. Maybe he lost interest in boxing or stopped caring, but the fire wasn't there anymore.

No excuses, the man was beat down, he was scared to throw, and exposed in front of millions

It's obvious his injury wasn't as severe as they say or he wouldn't have been able to throw vicious right hooks and raising his damn arm, nobody thought he was hampered by an injury who watched that fight... you either believe 1. He's superhuman and bit down 2. His shoulder wasn't severely torn but it sounds a lot better than my shoulder wasn't 100% but I give Floyd credit for nullifying me when he had damaged hands too 3. He's lying and he didn't have anything wrong with him

That's what I mean by not showing HEART, even fighters with clear injuries have had moments in those fights where they go for broke, remember Kevin Kelly vs D. Gainer? Kelly had no vision, begged corner doctor for 1 more round, went out and got the KO. Same with Leonard-Hearns, Corrales-Castillo, also those great Gatti-Ward fights. Pac didn't even make an effort to give the fans something to remember

Only cuffs that were injured are the ones on his suits
