i was not debating the success, or lack of, of pac's case. i was pointing out the TS has some misconceptions about the burden of proof.

Pac attorney would not take the case if it did not have a lot of promise. Bob Arum is a graduate of Harvard Law School, although he does not practice law anymore.

according to wiki, his last high profile client went to prison for 24, and that hasn't seemed to ruin him

Trying to sound smart when you're the one pulling cheap tricks? What was it that you said again?

So how does a defamation suit work?

Petrocelli's next high-profile client was former [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enron"]Enron[/ame] [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chief_executive_officer"]CEO[/ame] [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_Skilling"]Jeffrey Skilling[/ame], whom Petrocelli has represented since 2004, who was tried on charges of [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraud"]fraud[/ame] and [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insider_trading"]insider trading[/ame] in 2006. Even though he had never handled a criminal case before.

This is not a criminal case.

hey chimba, i still lurk around here often. every once in a while i feel the need to educate those who arent aware of how ignorant they are sounding. ive seen you do the same but in a more tolerant way. i still love boxing, i just dont have much to add that hasnt already been said sometimes. i enjoy your posts though.

Although I don't think Pac is on the roids, I don't think his case goes anywhere.

    Floyds Lawyers TKO3 Pac's Lawyers.

Rumors and lies can't be used on court. Can't lie on the stand.
