Manny is a f@cking **** on the recieving end of some bad advice.

This is how he leaves the sport? Way to p!ss on your legacy. F@ck him and his humongous buffalo sized fizzgog!

No smoke without fire and this worm's as guilty and corrupt as they come. This forth world lawsuit will only end in Floyd and co's favour.
Also, why file a lawsuit whilst proposing a fight with the worst 'offender' of them all, the feather fisted Paulie Malignaggi who has cried foul all over the media about Manny's alleged steroid abuse?

Whether the fight happens or not, Floyd has already won.

There is a difference between suspicion and allegation.

Maybe Floyd Sr has made an unofficial and subtle allegation somewhere doesnt mean Floyd Jr has.

Floyd is demanding the tests on basis of suspicion, personal safety and fairness. If they come across as allegations then that is the fault of the media and those in the general public who perceive them to be allegations, not Floyd himself.

This suit is unwinnable for other reasons

Pac is a public fugure, and to prove defamation, libel, slander against a public figure is an incredibly hard standard to meet, you ever seen the Larry Flint movie with Woody Harrelson? Same scenario.

To prove it, Pac would have to show that Floyd Sr. had malicious intent (a subjective intent), so good luck to Pac to prove that Floyd Sr was thinking "hey, I want to destroy this guy" and he doesnt genuinely believe its true, and that it isnt in fact true at all. Then he has to prove that Floyd Jr. conspired in that malicious intent.

    Pac isnt winning this case.

A simple mistake that defames a private person and hurts their reputation can make a newspaper liable. There's three levels of persons: private, semi-public, and public figures and officials. The more public you make yourself (tv star, athlete, senator, congressman) then the higher the standard you have to show to prove malice. Pac is undeniably a public figure.

**** juiceman. Sue me as well you little cheating *****. What a ****ing *****. Suing someone instead of taking the test any getting into the ring to get your revenge. I can't believe anyone would be okay with this bull****. The nerve of this mothe****er turning down a 40 million dollar payday and going to court. Juiceman has no credibility left.

Only way this fight happens now is if Pacquiao drops the lawsuit & Floyd drops the Olympic, random style drug testing.

I could be wrong, but Pacquiao has lost a bit of credibility by filing the lawsuit. The issue is about drugs & regardless of his previous test results, Pacquiao could clear this whole thing up by taking a test!

We cannot go by past test & results that Pacquiao has engaged in. That's like a person being acquitted on a murder charge, then some time later being standing trial for a completely different murder, only for his defense to be well, I go a not guilty on the trial before, so that means I haven't committed the second murder.

Anyway, as a passionate fan of the sport, I'm gutted as I reckon filing the lawsuit has buried the chances of this fight happening!

    Welcome back man!:good

  10. This is genius, a great way to have a pay day whilst avoiding a good ass whippin. Maybe The Juiceman and his camp is smarter than we thought.:think

  11. Look at this fruitcake, I bet you dont want malignaggi to be the next in line to fight PacyJuice. You dont want pretty boy to get that gel knocked out of his hair or get his eyeliner smeared.

not a problem for this case. pac has a lot of vid interviews as proof. and bad publicity wise, it can not get worse than it is now. really pac has no other option but to pursue this now.

    GO GIT EM PAC!!! :happy:happy

no he aint. if anything, its the mayweathers who are a disgrace.

but look on the bright side fraudettes. floyd will be forced to fight a lot more than he want to now that he needs money to defend himself. this will finally push floyd to produce the output he allways lacked
