So, Manny would rather fight this in the courts instead of the ring ?

The millions would have easily surpassed the potential court awards
and it would have left Manny with a clean name and legacy.

That of course is if the tests that his representatives were very concerned about coming back dirty...came back clean !!!

    Indeed.

Why on earth would one instruct a prestigious, highly regarded law firm with a formidable reputation across different continents when one can simply log into the ESB forum and seek out accurate legal advice for a mere fraction of the cost?

Why would one spend millions of dollars trying to litigate their reputation clean instead of just taking a simple blood test to do so?

The world is full of tricky questions.

Basically..:rofl This is ****ing America. Mr Miygai son vs ODH and camp... Miyagi son is going to get crushed in court. They got a case against Mayweather Sr.. only if any. He does not represent the Mayweather camp or ODH and Golden Boy and he said "my opinion" damn near in every single video or transcript. Your boy is a fraud. You little trannies dont have any experience with the legal system and dont know how **** works.

One man has besmirched the previously good name of another in a manner which may be defamatory and if you are wealthy, you can afford to seek justice.

If I were you, sir, I would spend a few dollars and purchase a dictionary, as I fear you know not the definition of the word 'tricky'.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance.

The damage is done! That alone is the EASIEST thing to prove. Not just b/c Manny is a pro athlete....but a very well regarded one.....he's also a well known humanitarian for a 3rd world country...his home country where he's also looking at becoming a political figure. OUCH....that alone will make this case pretty much a slam dunk. This isn't a lawsuit against Kermit Citron or Andre Berto....Manny's repuation and marketability makes him more money outside than inside the ring. His sponsors like Nike....PAC can stand to loose ALOT b/c of the **** Floyd and his team cooked up. And it will be hitting their pockets b/c they won't win this case.

did he lose his endorsements? no? no damage there.

i'm not sure, but i am going to have to assume that if pac wants to worry about being defamed in pacland, he will have to sue in their court... US Federal court will only deal with the damages Pac has allegedly suffered in the US

You can say the fact the whole world now knows he cheated on his wife was the cause of any damage done (if any)

When I'm done with the dictionary I'll send it to you so that you can look up the word "rhetorical".

He's also the same attorney who is on the side of Enron's Skilling and lost. If he is really that good, he should have won that too!

i would not presume to know more about saving ones honor and dignity than someone who calls himself nipplefloss. although i do think it is a matter of principle with pac.

If there's one thing the US court system is ALL about it's honor and dignity, right?
