Pac's New Excuse No Plyometrics is BS

the guy talking in this video is full of ****. most boxing scribes/experts/etc didn't give marquez a chance in the third match. many thought pac was going to stop him. i knew better.

 

Couple of things...That was the worst "Face Off" ever, How did Roach let Max maneuver him into allowing Pacquaio and Marquez act out/exchange fight game plans.

Secondly, that Video is vey well done but you have to show some balance in order to put those mistakes in perspective. It is easy to take a 45 minute fight and edit to show what appears to be a lot of mistakes. But if Pac made the right moves 80% of the time would you still see him as vulnerable? Without any contrast it hard to take much away from that all fighters make mistakes. What you want to look for is tendecies.

 

What's with the videos showing Pac's poor boxing skills? Pac is not a great boxer is this really news? So, what if he makes mistakes? Pac's success is not predicated on not making mistakes. Pac's thing is you better not make a mistake. Marquez pretty much gave Pac a boxing lesson every time they met yet he still ended up on the canvas what like 6 or 7 times. Cotto was out boxing him until he got comfortable got into an exchange and got knocked down, it was all down hill from there.

As long as he has that stamina, that hand speed, and a big punch he is a dangerous opponent for anyone including Mayweather.
