I would be surprised if Floyd or Manny were even against Martinez.

    Yeah I agree...

Cotto wouldn't stand a chance against either of them.

Pac Williams definitely generates more than Pac Clottey, but less than Pac Cotto

Nobody is going to want to see Margarito the Cheeto fight again. I don't know here you pulled that from.

    Cotto

We will see Margarito fight many times. Ali was discriminated against by US, yet he still came back, Margarito will do the same. Tito's cheating hand wraps did not seem to bother anyone. Mosley's steroids, Roid Jones' roids, Toney, etc. Neumann just called a fighter out by very low blow, but that is OK........

most *******s i have read on here say pac-cotto 2 is pointless

as a floyd fan, if pac and floyd don't fight....i think pac-cotto 2 would be hilarious as it would show how hand-picked his fights have been

PAC vs Cotto rematch is planned to happen at Jr. Middleweight division (147.1 lbs to 154 lbs.) where Cotto is one of the current champs.

The new weight class could make a difference for Cotto. The 2 can fight anywhere from 147.1 lbs. to 154 lbs. :rofl

yeah, thanks for telling me something i already know

so you want pac to take 2 paper titles from cotto? you really think that helps your man's legacy?

fight another in-house fighter? again, that will always be looked at after he retires.

fight a guy at JrMW that he could't fight at WW w/o a catch? it will only shine badly on him.

pac has some other options, but cotto should not be one of them.

PAC's legacy is already made. It's already an insane idea for PAC to fight above 147 lbs.:D

It's not my problem if Cotto agrees to fight PAC at 148 lbs. for his WBA Jr. Middleweight title. :D

See here's what you don't understand.

The two can weigh in at a max of 154 for the 154 pound title.

When the max weight is set lower than that, it's a catch weight, which shouldn't count for the title because it's a 154 title, not 150, 151.

BTW your butt buddy Boom_Boom claimed Pac was drained against Marquez in their second fight.

He cut and rehydrated 16lbs from the weigh in, while Pac has cut 15lbs of weight with no problem.

So according to him, 1lb makes difference.:lol:

This is what I understood. PAC and Cotto fought for Cotto's WELTERWEIGHT title (BTW, there's no 147 title or 154 title) at a catchweight of 145 lbs. which is well within the welterweight division (140.1 lbs. to max of 147 lbs.) Both PAC and Cotto agreed to it and it was fully sanctioned by the WBO.

What makes you think that a similar condition can't be done for PAC-Cotto rematch. Heck they can even fight at a catchweight of 148 lbs. for Cotto's WBA Jr. Middleweight title (remember, there's no 154 title) if both fighters can agree to it and WBA will sanction it.

Regarding your issue with BoomBoom, kindly deal it with him.:hi:

I think vs Paul he would get the most PPV sales. Nobody wants to see a rematch between him and Cotto. Clottey was an unknown and the fight still generated like 750K buys. Against Paul Williams it could easily do that and possibly much more than that with proper promotion.
