Title fights should not have catch weights.

Might as well have a title for every lb.

8 titles in 8 different weight divisions (2 are at catchweights). OK let's say it's only 6 titles in 6 weight divisions, give me a boxer who can top that.

Miguel, is that you? Or are you a boxing org?

WBO sanctioned that fight as a title fight. End of argument.

Yea, cause all the Orgs are totally right all the time.

Quite simple, WW is 147, they fought at 145.

Are you Miguel Cotto's sister? Cotto agreed to put his title on the line yet here comes eze protesting the title should not be at stake.:rofl

He's right though, Miguel Cotto didn't complain and i'm sure the result would have been the exact same, but he should have the freedom to weigh the WW limit for a title fight.

i said well done...and my point still stands

he has carved a nice legacy, but cotto again with not advance it

if he wants a 154, he should fight someone he hasn't beaten, and do it at 154

also, he doesn't need a 154 title to advance his legacy (although a legit one AT 154 would be nice)

I was against the Mayweather-JMM catch weight, just as I was every other catchweight that's happened.

Fighters should be allowed to weigh in at there max if they are fighting for a title. Simple as that.

for the record, cotto didn't complain about 145, but he did complain about the title being put on the line at 145 (not sure if this is what you are saying, if so, disregard)
