Solid fight. One that I will definitely watch. Alvarado is a tough guy. Not one I'd expect to go the distance with 2009 Pac, but one who is a perfect test for 2013 Pac. He'll take some shots, give Pac a few angles, and keep firing back.

Easy fight for pac to look god like in. ****ing Alvardo of all people. Expect another margarito like beat down in a one sided affair.

 

Man, good fighters can't catch a break nowadays. After then knockout loss to Marquez I don't find Alvarado to be a bad opponent for Pac. He is at least credible. I mean, the same thing could be said for Mayweathers upcoming fight if you just want to be an ignorant hater and not give fighters any props what so ever.

 

Pac's career is definitely going down hill. I'd say his peak was Cotto, he just showed elite class in all aspects. Fights after he's looked pretty sluggish in comparison, and JMM really looked like he's filled into WW. Alvarado is just a stepping stone tbh. Don't think him or Rios have much chance in hurting Pac. And both will get hit with tons of left hand bombs.

 

Alvarado isnt horrible but dont forget he was losing to Prescott before running out of gas. He looked good against Rios whos a completely diff story.
