And what is it that you think I want to hear?

Perhaps you're analogy is more applicable to yourself, because you can't accept that there is a large portion of the boxing community (and some [objective] Pac fans) that scored the fight for Marquez.

It's in the past, who cares. If someone brings it up, ignore it! Because at the end of the day Pac got the decision, which I'm happy about for him.

ive watch both fights with jmm a lot of times. the first one was a draw and pac won the second by split decision, that is the fact, and both are great matches that will be talked about by generations to come, i respect both fighters... but the fact is jmm kissed the canvas a total of four times pac took his best shots but jmm never had the chance to kd him, now for me thats special,

Oscar Dela Hoya has surely got to win this fight. He`s still got speed, the heavier puncher against a blown up flyweight with the same but in lesser amounts so Hoya should starch him really.

hmm.. maybe it's the other way around. :hey remember jmm tasted the canvas 4x vs. pac. that's probably the most KDs he's ever experienced when compared to all other boxers in his career combined.

I don't accept the results of the survey? The survey favors pac so why would I not accept it?!

You feel is flawed so you are the one not accepting it.

Like I said make your OWN poll which you feel will not be biased.

Simple as that. Don't make it complicated.

I guess what you don't see is that the minority thought the fight was a robbery, and the rest thought the fight was too close to call (according to the poll). So it doesn't favour Pac at all... it favours the fight being close.

And why the hell would I want to make my own poll? Talk about dwelling on the past. I merely pointed out that THAT poll was flawed. I really don't care about it, I have far more important things to worry about than an ancient poll on ESB.

I agree the poll was flawed...Actually that poll wasn't a fair to Pacquaio...

The thread starter was fishing and hoping that more people will agree that JMM won...(thats why its an option)

Then it backfired when the majority thought it was too close.
To put it in another way, if instead of "did JMM win?" they put "did Pac win?"

The results will be the same.

But they also did a fair poll a couple of weeks back..It was who do you think won, PAC or JMM? Pac edged it out..so there

I'm not trying to prove that the majority thinks JMM won, because I don't think that's the case! All I was trying to say was THAT poll was flawed. Then the other guy tries to turn it into something it's not. The fight was extremely close, I think the decision went the wrong way (and I don't like Marquez, though I highly respect him), but it was close enough for me not to care about the decision going the other way. The only decisions I dwell on are the likes of DLH-Trinidad and Whitaker-Chavez. :-(
