TAKE de TESS... TAKE DE TAKE DE TAKE DE TESS

honestly it says "Pacquiao does exactly what NOT to do" which is dumb because many fighters who broke the mold and were pioneers did things that were unconventional.

Wanna know what not to do? Go watch Rd 2 of Floyd-Mosley and you'll see.

Pac takes more risks to land and to try to make an exciting fight for the fans. And he puts alot more behind his punches, so when he does miss it's bound to look sloppy. Pac has the tools to be patient and hit guys, pepper them and get out of the way with his blazing speed and footwork, it's just not in his nature.

You don't want me to do a side to side Pac-Mayweather comparison because the only thing that actually favor gayweather is his 8 jabs connect per round to pac's 4 per round.:lol::lol:

Never tasted that, reading it on wiki it sounds delicious. I can imagine Filipinos everywhere are cooking up big feasts getting ready for tomorrow. It would be great to be able to find out how much support Pacquiao has all over the world, the number would be incredible.

Let's do it! Bring it on! Just because Manny has averaged 23 power punches landed per round in his last five fights against lesser defensive Boxers, it doesn't mean that he can do the same against Floyd. Beside Jesus Chavez and Jose Luis Castillo, who has averaged 15 punches landed per round against Floyd? No one has came close. As he gets older his reflexes aren't sharp as they used to, but surprisingly, his defense has gotten better compared to when he was younger.

The reason why Manny is able to averaged 23 power punches landed per round against those guys is because he's able to forced them to fought at his tempo; whereas Floyd has been able to forced his opponents to do the same as well. They both great at controlling their fights tempos and dictates the pace of each rounds, but i still say Floyd is better because so far only Jose Luis Castillo has forced him to fought out of his comfort zone for a whole fight. Whereas, Morales, Marquez, they both have had success of taken Manny out of his comfort zone.

CompuBox isn't 100% accurate, but you can still use it as a way to analyzing if a fight had a slow or fast pace just looking at the average punches thrown. If a guy averaged 40 punches per round, it means that he was fighting at a slow pace.
