Pac's slow feet! What surprised me most was the discrepancy in foot speed

The look on Pac's face right after round 1 was priceless. And Roach's assessment was like: "Manny, I don't know what to do. You looked bad."

This is not what I was told - they said Manny is the master at cutting off the ring

From the first round it looked bad. I think Manny is faster than that, but he was shut down almost immediately and I think that impacted the rest of the fight.

Pac clearly didn't want to over-commit and get caught out of position with something (like he did in Marquez IV). He was trying to pick his spots and be "carefully aggressive" but he probably underestimated Floyd's footwork -- afterall, Roach was telling everyone how "Mayweather's legs were gone" and whatnot.

He lost to the better fighter... and an older version of that fighter... tonight.

Yep. The writing was on the wall real early, almost immediately.

Pac was as fast, much faster than canelo. The problem was range, learn boxing. When you are shorter and have less reach, with equal speed, the longer opponent has the advantage. Having said this, Pac tracked floyd down much easier than Canelo did, the problem was Pac was gun shy, he kept trying to counter Floyd instead of stepping into a punch. You could see many moments throughout the fight where Manny had Floyd cornered and was using feints, trying to get Floyd to throw so he could counter. Floyd controlled this by not throwing much, waiting for Pac to step in..Pac, to my disappointment, was more cautious than i expected.

    not surprised at all.

one is juiced to the gills, the other getting blood drained.

if pac wasnt blood drained, he could beat a fully juiced floyd.

only chance of pac not losing is to score a ko. maybe he could get a draw in vegas against floyd.

I noticed within the first 30 seconds this was the Floyd from the canelo and ghost fights. Floyd was ON and he really could has destroyed pac if he really let loose like he did at the beginning of round 11.

well, throughout round 11. if he went after him like that (I know its not Floyds style) but if he just put that kind of offense together for even 20/30 straight seconds every round, wow would pac had been crying.

whats sickening is pac claiming he thought it was close, same with roach and arum all saying "just imagine if he wasn't injured" LMFAO there was not a single thing wrong with pac except he was in with a focused Floyd which is someone pac shouldn't ever share the ring with.

pac is a great fighter and Floyd literally made him look like a nobody that didn't belong in there. of course its harder in the ring but Floyd made him look like a D fighter.

NO ONE can say ANYTHING, Floyd planned this whole comeback from 2009 through now. his whole goal was to beat ALL the best fighters around his weight and become the first boxer billionaire. both almost complete

No, no. It's not that Pacquiao has slow feet. It's not that Pacquiao didn't do enough. It's that Floyd made Pacquiao fight his fight.

    Floyd negated Pacquiao's speed.

Nah, due respect, I think that's crazy talk.

Floyd's speed of foot was hugely visible from the onset.

Pacquiao's foot speed were there, but you just can't go in there with guns ablazing specially if it's floyd mayweather is in front of you. Pacquiao's gameplan is OK, because there are lots of things to negate Floyd's counters and mobility, but at the end of the day, it's Floyd's longer reach and being bigger in the ring made the fight in favor for him. Floyd can pummel Pacquiao if he wants to, as evident in the fight, but I dont know. But something's really weird last night, maybe our expectations were'nt met.
