Pac's slow feet! What surprised me most was the discrepancy in foot speed

I found that to be very unusual. My only thought was that Roach provided Buboy with instructions before the fight and during rounds and had Buboy deliver it to be as efficient as possible. It doesn't make much sense, but I can't think why else Roach was so subdued after all the **** he talked.

you tell me. I was drunk last night, but based on what I saw, Pacquiao attacks, Floyd ran, and the decision was given to floyd. If Pacquiao doesnt have the foot speed, he wouldnt have cornered floyd into the ropes. hey pacquiao's cornering improved a bit. i give him that

but floyd's counters were too accurate that his longer reach gave pacquiao problems.

I think that's because Pacquiao moves in straight lines and Mayweather was moving laterally all match.

i didnt see floyd countering, at least not one that stood out.

the grazing right hands he landed, he was leading.

I kept telling myself... Well in the 1st he didn't look good against cotto, but by the 2nd, I felt he was in serious trouble as well.

That shoulder injury bro. That's what took away his foot speed. Not Floyd being a defensive master.

Pacquaio came in too heavy. Freddie Roach has been quoted as saying that Manny loses significant hand and foot speed when over 148-149 lbs.

Also, honestly, considering the injury which took away his jab and ability to set up punches from unorthodox angles, I would say that played a role in his movement in a significant way as well.

I don't mean this to sound like an excuse for Manny because I really had no horse in this race and just watched for entertainment.

Yeah, Pacquiao didn't use his footwork at all. It's like watching his footwork against Oscar where he was floating around the ring and then watching it against Bradley where he sucked. He was so flat-footed, and I knew he would lose as soon as I saw how flat-footed he was.

His movement against Oscar was a thing of beauty. It really was night and day.

Kind of funny how Roach claimed Floyd's legs have been shot for years but then he said Floyd ran well in the fight.....

Yet going in to this fight most people were adamant that Pacquiao had the better, quicker footwork. That isn't true, Floyd made him look like a geriatric.
