With social media I find it very hard to like any fighters tbh. The Ingle mob winding up crack addicts, Framptons lot with their exceptionally funny pulling pants down joke. Barnes certainly has a feel of he is owed everything. I do think he was unlucky with Rosales as he just got caught by a massive one, but he does need to get his Ego in line
I dunno, I just don't agree he was unlucky. He was boxing well on the inside, and it was a cracking fight, I tip my hat to the man. But from the moment he elected to stand in front of Rosales I knew the fight was going one way. His whole body was rocking under the power of Rosales' hooks, even when catching them on the gloves. Why he stood with a puncher and traded like that I have no idea. It wasn't unlucky in my opinion, it was poor tactics. Although I agree with what Len said in that he is clearly very skilled. But he ought to be adopting raiding tactics. Draw the jab, move in with a flurry then move again. If he hasn't the legs for that at his age then his career won't go the way he expects.

Bellew type character for me. If you are local to him you might like him. Does not come across well to me. Overrates himself, considers himself above potential opponents. Rate his honesty, best quality for me. Find it very hard to understand him. For someone from the British Isles his level of spoken English is appalling. Anyone know if Irish is his 1st language?
The man is a Catholic from Northern Ireland who has represented the Republic and yet he was quite happy to take a knee before the Queen for an MBE. that should tell you everything you need to know about the guy.
Imagine being a grown man who is 5ft 3" and 8 stone. It's practically like having a disability. I saw some pictures Barnes put on twitter of him at his kids school and there were primary school kids who were the same size as him. No wonder so many of these guys have chips on their shoulders.
I agree with this -- Frampton & co posting stuff which is a joke between mates but FW and co are also sharing it. Would any other sport promote athletes based on them liking to pull each others pants down? We like to know about boxers and see they are down to earth but this sh*t is too much. Then the other ones who want to be Instagram models and advertise all their discount codes would put you to sleep
