Nice to see. When I would box, I actually think my wrestling helped me quite a bit, it gave me a good sense of balance that Im not sure you develope the same in boxing, and it gives good core strength, and when people are trying to clinch you it gives you an ingrained feeling for inside wrestling, and I also think it helped my athletic fluidity. As weird as it sounds, I think a mechanical, top heavy fighter like AJ could benefit from adding grappling to his routine. Anyways, that was a cool vid lol. Thanks for posting.
