i guess the whole world is stupid and Paulie is smart. Thank god no-one is as smart as Paulie because we wouldn't have a mega fight, no-one would think Pac has a chance. If everyone were as smart as paulie (god darn he's smart) there would be no hype and no Maypac talk for 6 years. Aren't we lucky that Paulie is just a rare breed? too smart for 99% of the population.

Paulie is a good commentator, but as soon as the topic at hand becomes Pacquiao the guy becomes completely useless.

It's kinda hard to take anyone seriously who landscapes their eyebrows and speaks like a 12 year old whose voice hasn't broken yet.

This was pre brain damaged malignaggi talking about pac-mayweather. This was before his brain got scrambled by pac's sparring partner. Now all he does his hate on Pac :lol:

    http://www.boxinginsider.com/columns/pacquiao-a-big-threat-to-floyd-says-ex-champ/

“Ever since I watch Floyd Mayweather he gives you a defense where he locks up. And a lot of the time obviously it works for Floyd. Floyd is very hard to hit, regardless of the fact. But I always thought that somebody with fast hands – that throws punches in bunches and throws them in flurries – might not land on Floyd – because he locks up so well – he has the ability to leave Floyd there.”

Malignaggi’s ****ysis starts to fascinate. “And what I mean by that is, move your hands, step out, you leave him there. Throw punches, step out. Before you know it, Floyd, if he’s giving you all this, he never gets the chance to get back off. Because you’re in and out. And that costs you rounds. Through the course of Mayweather’s career, he’s always been faster than most of his opponents. But the fast guys that he did fight did show glimpses of it. Oscar showed glimpses of that. Zab Judah showed glimpses of that – that you can do that to Floyd. The problem is you very rarely will hit him clean. So I think these guys get frustrated and get away from that. But in the meantime, what they don’t realize is that they’re probably winning rounds because Floyd is not getting off. Pacquiao doesn’t have to change anything about himself. He fights that way naturally.”

It's constant movement that makes Manny so difficult ..I hope he is able to execute that game plan.

    - be much busier to try to outhustle Flyod.

    - move legs to move out of range for counters.

    - use wide variety of punches includding body/head combos.

That is Pac's best bet. Floyd's only flaws are that his not very busy and plays sometimes a bit too much defensive.

Well nobody picked Pac to ever beat a solid WW or JWW back in the day. Pauli sounds like a mad hater to me he should chill a bit. I was listening to one of his interviews about Pac and he was not far from having a hearth attack in there.

Paulie claimed Manny would be best in History if he beat Cotto and he TKO'd Cotto. So he's now saying Manny can't beat Floyd...

I thought Paulie really was a smart guy who knew boxing until i came across a video saying Manny would be best in history if he beat Cotto. He's a all over the place. His eyes jump around when he talks, like a crazy man, and speaks fast as if he were on cocaine... he can have moments of sanity but every now and then gets possessed by a crazy man...
