i have pain in my right hand mostly around knuckles... its been like this for several weeks now and tried putting ice and it helped a little but its not totally gone... what should i do to get rid of the pain?> thanks :thumbsup
Give your hand some time to heal. Avoid the heavy bag and sparring. Punch with hand weights and do other things for a while.
When it comes to injuries think of it this way, what good does it do to continue to injure yourself and be less than 100% when fight day comes? I'd rather be feeling 100% than having to fight with a bum hand or a sore nose or whatever.
