ya he uses Lidocaine(used to numb) actually banned by the NSAC but they don't seem to mind Floyd using it

and xylocaine(pain killer and anti inflammaty) again banned by NSAC but they don't mind Floyd using it

these are well documented facts that he used these drugs and they have even been shown by im in a 24-7 programme before. hatton also argued that during negotiations he shouldn't be allowed use them

Oh yes he does Xylocaine which is ILLEGAL What Pacquaio was denied as Toradol which is an anti inflamitory treatment & is a legal & approved medication. The reason Manny was denied it the NSAC claimed was he didn't tick the box that he needed it. Mr Mayweather applied for a TUE for the IV & NSAC approved it even though he applied THREE WEEKS AFTER he'd received it The NSAC said he did nothing wrong though LOL

The pre-fight medical documents, of which photos were released to the public and are confirmed and verified to be factual, shows that Pacquiao also requested and received Lidocaine before the fight with Mayweather.

Neither Lidocaine or Xylocaine are banned by the NSAC. Xylocaine is banned in every commission in the United States other than the NSAC, but is perfectly legal in the state of Nevada.

Mayweather and Pacquiao are both absolute disgraces to the sport with their PED use.

If they was from the UK, they would've been publicly slaughtered for it- and rightfully so.
