    Not sure but let them have it at Texas stadium ..He will fill the seats along with Chavez ..

    maybe its time Jnr went to 168 and then 175 soon after,

    Uncle Bob can still protect him just as good in the 2 heavier divisions, he is a careful matchmaker.

    especially if he starts to not make weight

    like Castillo and Rios

    One of Arum's complaints is that other promoters don't do their fair share of actually promoting their fighters. They suck the TV money teat and that's about it. Paul Williams is an example I often give of a guy that should have put axes in seats but didn't. Martinez may bring in some TV dollars but not really much more than other opponents. Chavez will fill the stadium and that's why he commands the high percentage. That's the sad business side of the sport. You get outside of TR and GBP and promoters aren't really as active as they should be in helping fighters build fan bases. I'd guess Oscar did learn that side of the business from Arum?

    That number sounds right. The WBC said soon afterwards they would have a rehydration clause but it will be a morning weigh in and 10%. So lets say 176 at 9AM fight day? Not gonna do much. I'm a proponent of same day weigh ins so the way it was initially worded sounded promising but when I did the math.......

    Only makes sense if JR plans on vacating? Not sure how else to take this? Claim he can't make 160 anymore and move up?
