We can call it the "I made you syndrome". Palle thinks Kessler is his Frankenstein. Now, the beast is becoming out of control. Always happens like that. Usually no happy ending...

    I suppose

And Palle is one of the dirtiest mother ****ers in the business, he's probably robbed Kessler blind of his REAL money.

We can now doubt of about everything he said in the last year. And doubt of everything Kessler said. Not because Kessler lies, because he may have repeated Palle lies. Sad.

Palle should be saying; "I'm a lucky mother****er since Mikkel didn't kick me in the nuts for ****ing up the Miranda/Showtime deal."

No ****. As if Kessler hasn't already made a fortune for his ass. If Palle's mad that he didn't make more money off of Kessler's back over the course of Mikkel's career, it's his own damned fault.

Isn't this a 'pay as you go' system? Palle made his money all along. Maybe Palle now owes Kessler for 'non performance'. You think Palle is keeping Kessler from big fights since Calzaghe? Afraid of what another loss to a top fighter could mean?

if palle could make and promote kessler vs larsen , it would be huge in denmark.. we are talking ppv at aprox 100 dollar a piece, and 20.000+ spectators in a stadium..

palle would earn a shitload of money on that fight, and the risk would be incredibly small.. so you do the math, palle staging a huge fight, with high reward and low risk, or letting mikkel follow his dream , going down a much riskier path in the us..

to me it smells like, that palle doing everything he can, to squeeze his cash cow, but kessler isnt having it..

so rigth now we have : palle´s bank account vs kessler´s ambition

It makes me sick, i think he should just sign with another promotor and let PAlle do the suing.
It could be years before it is settled.

In the end, the fighter must have faith/good working relation ship with the promoter. Kessler has reached the stage where Palle should consider the fights Kessler wants first. I guess the best thing is that this does show that Kessler isn't in it for just the money. :good

    Oktober 22. 2008:

My statement in an other thread on the subject Kessler vs. Teampalle:

    - "Why didn't the take the Miranda fight in the first place, when Kessler so clearly stated, that he wants to fight in the US?
Why did they prefer a fight for the "regular" WBA title instead of a US televised Miranda-fight?
When Teampalle was "Forced" to take a mandatory fight against Häussler - why did the take the fight?. They could have say hell no!!

When they said yes to the mandatory, they also claimed - "the regular title of WBA 168 is impotent to Teampalle and Kessler" And thats freak me up.
Kessler stats, "I wants to be the best in the world, i wants to win all the 4 belts" You don't do that by taking on fights for the WBA #3 or #4 (Calzaghe the champ and Mundine #2)

So what is going on?. I am afraid, that Mogens Palle make more money, when Kessler's fights in front of 5000 spectators at the Brøndby Hallen, instead of Kessler fighting against the "big boys in US"" -

Kessler need's to ditch this *******, He owes him **** all.

    What are his options?.

What promoter will bring him the big fights and recognition he deserves?

My guess would be Top Rank but GBP are in the market for some new blood and with Kessler holding a Title and looking like the man at 168 they would be getting themselves a bargain and with the right exposure a potential PPV star.

I think Kessler will end up "the Larsen way" :-(

That would be a damned shame.
