Perez for me,he is top 3 at the weight,Villa beat an old faded champ, against a prime Perez ,I see only one winner ,and it isnt Pancho.

Perez has one of the "thinnest" records of any 20th century world champion - so Villa gets my vote.

Villa is one of the greatest Flys ever, and looks good on the limited footage we have of him. Cross guard, great positioning, good ring IQ and he looks very strong and durable

It's not that Perez isn't great; Pancho was just greater. So I side with him. Perez is very strong H2H, but he could get Sloppy and wild, and pacho could tag him with those sharp uppercuts and stay inside IMO. However, I could see him wining a 12 rounder maybe.
