Felix Trinidad Sr. said to an internet source that Pavlik-Tito at 160 is out of question as Tito struggled to get down to the 170 lbs limit for the Jones fight.

That's pretty damn interesting to me because I don't remember Tito having weight problems in the later MW fights against Mayorga or Winky...

Of course Arum said that yesterday's 166 fight way just one fight, as Kelly's going back to MW. And the Trinidads are looking for 170 or more...

...so it seems we have to skip this one guys... or do you think if there's any solution?

ahh so if tito cant make that limit that must make tito favorite to fight antonio tarver or clinton woods not many other fights i can see for him, were as calzaghe would fight jones if he gets past hopkins so that rules out tito for that fight and kelly pavlik would have to settle for the mandatory challenger! jus in my opinion

I can not understand where is all these weight hiding in Tito's body. He is a small skinny guy. His arms, body, legs are all skinny. He looked clearly smaller than Hopkins and Jones. He is no bigger than Vargas and DLH when he fought them.

Next to Pavlik, he would look much smaller.

So how the hell could he not make 160 lbs??

IF he can't or won't go down to 160 he should retire by the way PAPA TRINIDAD said "I suggested tito not to fight under 168 pound" we haven't heard from tito as always

One question. As someone from Ohio, why do you have Maglinaggi as a Avatar? Tito, eat pasta and do some jogging.

Tito's father can be a pain in the ass sometimes. I don't agree with Tito fighting above 160. When he fought Jones at 170, he hit Jones with some hard body shots, and still Jones didn't go down. Anything above 160 would be a bad idea. If anything, Trinidad should stay retired if he really and truly cant make 160. Which I think is a load of **** if they say he can't. By the way BIG BONE, who is that guy in your avatar. I have been seeing him in those Denny's commercials and he cracks me up.

If Trinidad doesn't get down to middleweight than he is nothing but a name. Even at middleweight he isn't a serious threat to the best in the division. He isn't a pushover but he's an underdog against a lot of the top 10 at 160. At supermiddle or lightheavy, forget it. He offers a name, payday, and easy win to whoever he fights.

Honestly they're in no position to dictate anything. Pavlik is actually the name right now, Trinidad is kind of a fading property.
