Pac has moved up in weight and competition and been dominant. Mayweather has done the same, but to a lesser degree. Pac has done the previously impossible, and won titles in 8 weight classes! Floyd isn't even close to doing that. Pac is whipping guys who could very possibly beat him. Floyd is cherry picking and won't take a risky fight. Manny is absolutely, without a doubt the greater champion. If Manny stopped fighting today, Floyd couldn't match is accomplishments.
