Good post. As long as Parker can stay away from that big left the 1st half of the fight, he has a very good chance at winning. Especially if, as you mentioned, Zhang tires out like he does.

I don't think Parker has a chance at all against Zhang, Zhang is nowhere near the fighter he was when he fought Hrgovic and I don't see Parker getting past round 2.

Wasn't that the exact thing everyone said about the Wilder fight?

Wilder was coming off two devastating losses and fought a single round in two years. Zhang is coming off a string of sensational performances against Hergovic and Joe Joyce, who everyone thought would beat Mike Tyson after he destroyed Parker. Big difference between Zhang and Wilder.

Parker just isn't going to get passed Zhangs best weapon, his bulldozer left jab which is a power punch. Parker will not able to take those over and over and fold even quicker than Joyce.

Big difference between Zhang and Wilder is the fact Wilder was champ and put everyone he faced on his backside except Parker. Don't get me wrong I like Zhang and backed him to beat Joyce, but he's not invincible.

A couple of humiliating dominations... Followed by a decent blowout win.

And, in fairness, was always a hypejob - his best wins by far were over old Ortiz, who wasn't all that special in the first place.

A 50/50 loss against Hrgovic, who hasn't beaten anyone significant besides Zhang.

And two good wins against fringe contender and massive hypejob Joyce... As you go on to illustrate:

I mean, if that's not the definition of overhyped, what is?

Zhang certainly looks more skilled - not that that's particularly difficult.

Wilder, amazingly, has far more depth to his resume.
Both Zhang and Wilder have two respectable wins over a hypejob at the top of their resumes...
Wilder then has a huge stack of pretty average gatekeeper and journeyman wins, Zhang doesn't have a single other top-200 win.

Parker's nowhere near as chin-first basic as Joyce, though - so the question is whether he'll actually wind up taking them over and over, or not?

    Zhang will KO Parker.
Joseph dont have atributes needed to win with someone like Zhang.
Stamina? For sure its not strong side of Zhilei but also Parker is not perfect in that area. And because of size difference Parker will be one who must work much harder.
Speed? Yes Parker move little quicker but still he is not speed deamon. He must go inside to find his range, lock shoots on Zhang and go outside before he took damage from answer by Zhang. I dont belive he can do that. Zhang hand speed is great and he will be catching him when he will attack.
And then Parker will have big problem because Zhang is probably top 3 in division on power punch (can be that he is number 1 even higher than Wilder because end of the day Wilder never destroy someone with chin reputation on Joyce level).

Joseph cant even avoid attack from much slower Joyce and his punching power was enough to do damage on him.

I respect Parker, he is good boxer but for me Zhang its too much for him.

Off course Parker is inteligent and got good team. He learn after making mistake and probably he will fight with Zhang more "save" way than with Joyce who is also little different than Chinese man but still You cant change fighter characteristic after many years. Parker always be dude who feel best going forward and let his hands go. He just will be fighting bigger, stronger massive puncher who also got very strong chin.

Cant wait see who see this fight more realistic because I see many ppl belive that Parker is better and can win.
I personal dont see that coming.

You have claimed Wilder is a hype job so many times it must still echo in your head and now you are using a win over Wilder to pump Parker's tyres up with? Parker lost to Whyte and was lucky to get the decision over Ruiz. Not great examples for trying to push Parker's cause like you are trying to do.

Parker has looked good since the Joyce loss. He has more than a lucky chance to beat Zhang.
