Out the ring he's turning out to be a bit of a child still. He needs to tone down the pranks hes pulling on people as its a bit sick messing with the vulnerable. I think he really wants to make people laugh behind it all, but it just aint working !

Well said, although I don't think Hughie will amount to anything.. he used same style as Tyson Fury but Tyson is bigger and can get away with it, Hughie is too weak/ less range to pull it off and make a dent at top 5.

I have to disagree with plenty on here, I actually think H Fury could well be the best of the bunch once he gets his man strength.
Bear in mind he's a lot younger than the rest of his contemporaries.
Parker must have landed <20 punches in the first 6 rounds and wouldn't have taken the belt with that performance IMO.
Illness has held him back thus far also...

What illness does he have? The spots?

It's just how I feel on the matter after observinf him... he is somewhat talented for his age... but he lacks any real tenacity or power to compete at. todays level.

He.practised running away a lot in Camp so its a classic when he fought Parker its hard to fight someone who doesnt want to engage.

To be honest power and strength should be prevalent from young age if you are a potential heavy weight.. it shouldn't be something you grow into at 23... otherwise you never really have it and you will never really be a threat.

Dubois, Tyson, all these kinda guys had it early on.

Tyson Fury can get away with the Fury style because he is just that much bigger, rangier and stronger to keep his opponents honest and out of range.

Hughie will always lack that... maybe cruiserweight?

That sexton KO was just a lucky one imo... boxers chance.. sexton walked into it.

That rematch has to be a top priority. Within the next 6 months or maybe two years from now, I hope we see it happen.

I feel you're being really, hyper critical here but I'll leave it to Hughie to convince you over the coming years of he can.
For me, Dubois has massively over-rated power but we'll see how he goes when comp is stepped up.
Some people just have solid chins man, Parker is a damn Samoan rock!
I personally think HF will have the far superior career compared to TF due to drive and work ethic.
I have no favourites really, I just want to see a few good tussles at HW with the Union flag flying.

lol I can respect that, hey if Hughie proves me wrong go for it ... no worries. I was just commenting very honestly I have no agenda.. Hughie is not really on my radar. Seems like a nice enough fella.

I concede Parker is ridiculously durable, man could survive a bullet to the head.

Good luck to Hughie, I respect any man that steps into the ring to compete.

    ????
How do you figure? He just gave AJ, Whyte and HF all they could handle.
Or is this some sort of 'there is only one HW who is above average in the whole world' bs...?

"He gave AJ all he could handle"?

The easiest 12 rounder a HW will have in their career.

Parker looked as lost as CEJ.

Weird, I thought that was AJ backing up like his life depended on it, trying to stiff-arm Parker to keep him at bay?
Explain why AJ was too tentative to commit to a decent right hand if it was so easy for him?
AJ looked well out of sorts in that fight and that was due to the pressure and athleticism of JP, whether you wish to give him credit or no.
