It is all about "POWER". He wants to be able to KO the top guys

Whether it pays off is yet to be seen....

“Strength and Conditioning Coach” and “bulking up / eating 7500 calories a day” is code for steroids

Hmmm. I don't think so in this case.

They are taking MONTHS on this.

    A slow natural build

It wasn’t like Parker was small to begin with.

Adding muscle isnt going to mean more KO. Also you don’t have to knock guys out. Boxing circles around your opponent is as impressive, at least to me, as a knock out. Don’t change what is working. Adding more muscle may actually gas him out earlier.

Yes - it is a risky thing to do

They must believe it is working....

Latest is JP v Big Baby Miller either on Fury v Usyk card or ZZ v Bakole card
He may feel the extra strength v Miller is needed

Oh yes, easy work for Joe

Itauma won’t know what hit him.

He did well against Zhang and Wilder because of his movement and fitness which allowed him to move for all 12; I am not sure tacking on mass is the way to go for Parker (though I will believe it when I see it). Maybe Parker knows something we don't in respect to a future opponent; if he is rematching Joshua for example he may be planning on walking him down.

Bit odd of it's Miller who hasn't won any of his recent fights. I thought they'd be sticking Kabayel in with Parker.

This. An already conditioned and trained person adding 13 lbs of muscle in months is not possible. At his age and athletic level, he'd be extremely lucky to gain 1-2 lbs of muscle in a year.
He was probably already taking stuff as all top athletes are, but this is code for he's adding some more muscle building drugs to the mix.
Unless he means he wants to put on fat, in which case, that's just a dumb idea.

    Hmmmm.

The guy is 6'4" and fights pretty lean at 247 lbs

He has already spent MONTHS this year doing weights every day. I think he can pack on the pounds.

Especially if it is a huge focus of everything he does
