PARKER is FRONTRUNNER to face DUBOIS

yeah he been doing good but that dont make that chin better. i still count the rigged kevin larena fight as a brutal knockout defeat. he looked like a looney tunes ufo trying to phone home

 

I don't know if it was rigged but it is pretty interesting that Lerena was walked into a bridgerweight title without fighting anyone. As the song used to say, good work if you can get it...and if you can get it, won't you tell me how?

 

Cannot say who takes it but i definitely can say i will watch it !

What a great fight of two great boxers , dubois now entering his prime and parker well inside his prime .

Highest respect to dubois for not cherrypicking his title defense but face a world class opponent like a man !!!

 

Bridgerweight is a joke. I mean, Lukasz Rozanski got a title shot for beating shot Artur Szpilka, lol.

 

Bridgerweight hardly has people lining up to fight for the belt

Most people turn that crap down, they were probably over joyed someone accepted it

 

But Lerena wanted it, and they handed it to him without a fight.

 

Andy Lee has his work cut out if Dubois just puts it on Parker from the opening bell. Parker will need some solid counters to keep Dubois honest but the way he walked through Hrgovic’s shots makes me think Parker gets bulldozed. That said, Dubois’s been down 6-7 times in his short career… each time taking a knee. This still concerns me.

 

Parker can definitely hurt Dubious. Lot of momentum on dubious side right now though.

 

his weakness pressure, Dubois can’t fight at an intense pace. Styles make fights hence Joyce destroyed Parker and jabbed Dubois to death while getting destroyed by Zhang. But if Parker can dance.

 

What weight should Parker come in at? My concern is the man is too heavy at 250 lbs. I think he should weigh 230 lbs or less but he seems to have packed on muscle.

 

I really love Parker. He has fought Joshua, Ruiz, Whyte, Joyce, Wilder (shot), Zhang (old but formidable) and will now be fighting Dubois. A very underrated fighter in a very competitive era. Future generations will remember him with high regards.

 

dubois was rolling away from hrgovics right hands, if he walked into a shot from parker he will go area 51 mode again

 

Parker is going to have to make Dubois respect his power. He managed to clip Zhang with a nice shot at the end of the 3rd or 4th which changed that fight, Zhang became more cautious. The end of round 3 or 4 might be too later against DD though. I don't see many avenues to victory for JP in this one, his best chance will be chin checking DD as I don't think he has the engine to outwork him.
