I suspect that he is signing with Sky sports/boxxer then and will be facing Whyte in a rematch then?

The Whyte fight is very winnable and he probably makes more money.

But when you make a fight you should follow through with it. I am sure he shook hands on the Joyce fight

 

This makes way more sense. Warren wants options on Parker, signs him up for 3 fights in case Joyce loses. Parker refuses and so Warren delays the fight.

I mean who the hell cancels a fight over a birth when you can just induce birth the week before the fight. Baby comes, then get back on it. So Warren's reasoning seems lame but I guess that's why he used this as a reason, hoping it puts pressure on Parker to sign.

 

I'd wait for more information before blaming Parker. This is Warren after all...

I never thought this fight was made in the first place. Frank Warren's "announcement" at Whyte VS Fury was hardly confirmation of the fight...

Looking at the NZ boxing forums, this is almost certainly a collapse of negotiations rather than anything to do with Andy Lee's wife. In fact two weeks ago it was reported that the fight was in jeopardy due to failure to agree a rematch clause or a longer-term deal.

 

Tbf he looked awesome in the 2nd chisora fight. He was more dominant over Chisora than anyone else I've seen. The first fight he'd just gotten a new trainer. The 2nd fight he had 6 months under the new trainer and looked great. Who can boast they knocked Chisora down 3 times?

He did better vs Chisora than Uysk or Whyte.
