I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a Somoan person and if I have I didn't know they were. Seen plenty on TV though. Most of them look bull strong too.
They don't get out in the open much, too busy studying those silly dances, playing rugby and getting tattooed. Doesn't leave much time for anything else :bart
Meehan may have been a good win several years ago but now he's nothing special. Meehan's fight against Chagaev was over 5 years ago, he's now 45 and lost to Travis Walker which just goes to show his level now. His best win in recent years was Shane Cameron who couldn't even beat Brian Minto a guy Whyte destroyed. Both Joshua and Parker are progressing nicely but I still have Joshua ahead or Parker at the moment. Parker at mid range looks deadly but his jab wasn't too impressive today and he slaps a bit with the left hook, would like to see him turn it over and make it a more compact punch so it's more effective in close. He also loads up too much still, he can get away with that against a Meehan but he's open to be countered if he does it at a higher level.
Parker last 5 Meehan ko3 Tupou ko1 Saglam ko2 Pettaway ko4 Costa jnr ko4 Joshua last 5 Cornish Ko1 Johnson ko2 Zumbano love ko2 Gavern ko3 Sprott ko1 Not even sure what I'm tryna say here...:huh
Yeah, definitely moments where you can see improvements with his temperament, but on others still looked green and unrefined. Needs to slowly evolve from fast banger with aggressive instinct into a clinical technitian who is a bit more calculating. Still where he is now seems fine....can't teach wisdom.
