No it’s just going to make people realise that Parker isn’t an elite level fighter and in this day and age of poor heavyweights AJ is. Wilder is. Fury is.

My gods honest opinion is that he gets brutally KO’d in the first half of the fight and then disappears for a years like Charles Martin.

Yeah, Takam won a round against Joshua and almost every round in that fight Takam was right in there making Joshua work. It's not like Joshua won every round in a way that Takam was being shut out.

It does show there was a gap between the Joshua who fought an older Takam a few months ago (when Joshua had already fought Wlad) and the Parker that fought Takam 2 years ago (his first fight at the top level).

    Not the same thing.

This is a solid win for Joshua. His second best opponent to date.

Parker is definitely the #2 best opponent for AJ but still i doubt Parker has the overall package to trouble AJ a lot here. I think this might be the first one where AJ won't get the stoppage but still it should be a comfortable UD.

I think Parker is a bit overrated. I don't know why tbh but okay i only watched a couple of fights, maybe i do not have a big clue about him.

He definitely is fast. I love his willingness to take on the tough competition as well. He beat Sherman Williams, Bowie Topau, Brian Minto, Francois Botha, Alexander Dimetranko, on the way up. All tough quality opponents for a young fighter IMO. The Kali Meehan, Andy Ruiz Jr, Hughie Fury, Carlos Takam, and now Anthony Joshua are once again, IMO, leagues above Wilder's record.

Reminds me of my last match against Little Mac.

Stiverne looked very good on the pads before Wilder knocked him out in the first round.
