The fastest track to title fight WBO is only IF you are champ in lower division and move up to higher weight.
This had been used by Crawford and Usyk and looks that also by Loma and some other boxers.

Otherwise fastest track from top 15 till Enforced mando title fight does have IBF and IBO.
Not WBC, WBO or WBA.

 

Unless the split was reversed it isn’t going to happen. No point in negotiating with that as the start point

Talk about wanting to fight Ruiz Jr to boost profile in America next as Ruiz has a big following. Also stated Parker apparently has elbow injuries but it’s mainly not the reason for duck.... Not how splits work. The higher ranked guy is entitled to a bigger part but he can voluntarily change that to make a fight.

 

Hence the extra wait.

 

He'd probably gain a lot of fans by knocking out Babic. Should be an easy fight too, I'm not sure why he's so opposed to it.
