    He is still young. If he is willing, he could comfortable take 1-2 years off and rebuild. Having 5 more fights till the age of 37 and then retire.

    It depends on:
    - his heart, does he still believe?
    - did he take too much punishment?

    If the answer to either is wrong, he should retire. But if not, he can still be in some good fights and make decent money.
