So who has Dubois hurt? Oh right, nobody. And even if you want to use that fight as an example Dubois couldn't get past his glacially slow jab.

The fact that Joyce is, in your words, a static target means he's going to fold as soon as he meets an opponent who can actually throw a punch. AJ and Wilder would both finish him inside of 4 rounds. Standing still and blocking punches with your face might work against other prospects, but not so much against proven heavyweights.
