Would be so typical of that puny Usyk to nick a decision over Parker, and get his grubby hands on a paper heavyweight title. I bet people will think he's the bees knees, like David Haye. I hope the bodybuilder destroys him, if they fight!

Parker is very capable of beating him.

    But he needs the "mongrel".

Parker will get knocked out, no better than Hunter in my book.

Its not a bad fight obviously... but not the one I would have chosen for Usyk. Would have rather just seen the AJ fight next.

Parker seems like a pointless risk. I think Parker is capable of a win and in the process ruin AJ vs Usyk.

Hopefully all goes to plan and Usyk outboxes him.

If Im honest though... just seems like a waste of time fight.

At least the Chisora fight would have been entertaining because Chisora would have brought the pressure.

Why should Usyk fight AJ if he can't beat Parker??

People are forgetting that Parkers bread and butter is the jab.
Against a slick southpaw it isnt as effective as against an orthodox boxer.

my two favorite HWs against each other, I'd rather see Parker take on Whyte in a rematch and Usyk against AJ. I think Usyk will be a slight favorite.

Parker vs Usyk I think would be a boring stand off fight with too much pitty pat shots. I'd rather see Usyk vs Chisora, as he'll bring relentless pressure, Parker simply doesn't press his opponent.

Usyk is no way ready for the big 3 though, I just don't think he stands a chance in hell. You need to bring more than a bit of speed and high work rate, you need some power too

It would be a good match up but I don't see it. Parker needs Usyk. Usyk is good enough to get a title shot by himself.

Unless AJ rushes to do both mandatories

then Parker - Usyk is very likely

Parker has just been bumped up to #2 with WBO

USYK-PARKER just became much more likely for the title

Must be based on his sleepwalk against 40-year-old Alex Leapai on a Demetrius Andrade undercard last summer.

    Makes total sense.

    Nothing to see here.

Well - Parker is the ex-WBO champ and only man (bar AJ) to beat Ruiz.

Thus could be a fitting test for Usyk in trying to get the WBO title
