Parker's defensive ability is no cruder than Joshua's.
Joshua is no more proven than Parker. In fact, I'd say Takam is a better win than anything AJ has.
They are at the same level.
That doesn't necessarily mean it will be a competitive fight, but it's a reasonable match up.
I wouldn't be surprised whoever wins.

Have seen footage of Parkers previous fights and haven't been that impressed.
Watching the Dimitrenko fight though I was mightily impressed.
His speed and power was excellent and his ability to seamlessly switch to the body was very impressive.
I think he's a really live opponent for Joshua.

Always fancied him to beat joshua tbh. Really comes down to if he can stand up to joshuas attack or not. Unlike breazeale martin etc he will get through with his power shots. Quick hands. Good power. Decent mover. Can think in there.

I reckon there similar levels...joshuas the more powerful of the two. But parker the slightly all round better package for me. I think his quick hands gives joshua nitemares.

In all his fights, Parker looked better against taller opposition.
    Just saying.

A good performance from Parker but Dimitrenko never really looked like he wanted to be there. A strange ending too. Annoyingly, I think we're going to get Parker-Ruiz for the WBO next instead of the AJ fight.

I have certainly noticed that, it's quite interesting... and may turn some of the "Parker is never going to be competitive against the bigger guys" stuff on it's head.

Could have something to do with the fact that the guy who he's sparred the most is taller than him and has a longer reach that Klitschko/Joshua etc. (Izu)

The fat bum David Price fought last time, knocked Dimitrenko down and lost a close decision 3 years ago. So really nothing to say about the Parker vs Dimitrenko fight.

Props to Parker. Handful for anyone but no one can say he's a future world champ yet.
