what about ward kovalev 1 & 2, Crawford indongo? Broner Garcia? Chocatito in September? Wilder Washington? Porter vs Berto? So they miseed GGG Canelo, they show a load of usa fight nights where for example ward kovalev they knew the viewing figures would be **** but they still got it for the proper boxing fans to watch

okay lets just compare warren and hearn shows, Matchroom put on much more exciting competitve fights than frank waren does.

I wouldn't say so at all. Since the push with BT I think Frank's domestic cards have been better in terms of competitiveness. Hearn's upcoming Liverpool show isn't bad, but the Warren show at the Copperbox is better (imo). Or I think Smith-Williams II is a much better fight than Crolla-Burns. Maybe early to judge the cards for those too as a whole, but presently the Warren card is better at this stage too.

sorry but how is the copperbox a great card? yarde fighting a low ranked bum for a micky mouse warren boxing organisation title after ducking burton, dubois is in with someone who got sparked by a journeymen. Saunders is in a decent fight (at last) if he doesnt pull out.

I didn't say great, I said better than the Hearn card. Good main event. Yarde-Ford is a decent fight. Yarde-Burton would have been better, but Yarde-Ford is fine objectively. Dubois will win easily, but I'm all for a young HW fighting for an area title at this stage of their career. Pigford-Smith will be a fun watch as well.

true but you can do the same for the crolla burns card:
A great fight between 2 former world champions, a loser retires type of fight and could be an absolute war, Eggington facing his tough mandatory defense which could propel him into world title contention, Barrat vs ritson will also be a good watch as well as high potential prospects in kelly & buatsi.

I'm not sure you can, truthfully. Crolla and Burns are both coming off of losses (it should have been off of 2 for Burns, really) in one-sided fights and Burns is way past peak now. It's an okay fight, but Saunders-Monroe Jr is much better. As for Eggington's 'tough mandatory', have you ever even seen him fight? Because I don't know anyone who has. Barrett-Ritson is fine though, no qualms with that. Kelly and Buatsi are/will be in worse fights than Dubois.

Well tbh Saunders could have got several better opponents than munroe who hasn't had a decent win in several years, hasn't fought in a year and quit against GGG, would have prefered bjs to fight jacobs or lemuix. And have you seen Yarde's opponent fight before ? beause i don't know anyone that has.

Monroe is a decent fighter, maybe not always exciting but he's a solid MW. Either way, it's at least a world title fight whereas Crolla-Burns is a battle to stay mildly relevant. I have seen Ford before. He won't win, but he's not a complete bum. Ex-MMA as well I believe, surprised they haven't tried to spin a McGregor angle from that.

People forget sky is a buisness while boxnation is a channel created for the hardcore boxing fan.Why do you think sky passed GGG v Canelo because they know maymcg would do more buys thats the whole point.Eddie Is targeting the casual market and the casuals are more intrested in Maymcg

Nobody is doubting that its just they create this bubble where only they really exist in world boxing and thats what they sell to UK fans.

I mean come on Hearn made Murray v Rosado then said this might be one of the best fights ever! Did people laugh? No they rehashed it in many ways! Thats the problem i have with sky.

Would people be happy watching stoke face leyton orient every week and when stoke win get told they are woooorld class. No but for some reason they accept it for boxing, not only accept it but glorify it!

Stoke-Leyton Orient is a real 50-50 match and I tell you what, them boys don't like each other! They had a friendly match a few years where Orient won 2-1 and Stoke will be looking to level the score in the pro ranks. We'll be looking for both guys to may play Real Madrid after because they'll have shown they're world level and I tell you what, I wouldn't be surprised if Madrid overprice their tickets for the game so no one has to see them lose. Gunna be a war this!
