I guess everything's a bit up-in-the-air right now at HW Which is why there are so few top fights in the making
Not being charged does mean you're not guilty. That's how the justice system works in New Zealand. Anyway, this has nothing to do with Parkers boxing. He's never ducked a fight (bar Hrgovic, but since Joyce is looking like the alternative it's not much of a duck), he's never been knocked out and he may not be undefeated but he fights the best that's available to him. I wish more heavyweights did the same.
That the justice all over the world. But the point is it doesnt mean your not guilty it jist means there is no hard proof against you. Daniel Kinahan is the best example.
Talks are progressing well for this matchup and it is likely to be for an "Interim" belt- https://www.boxingnews24.com/2022/04/joseph-parker-vs-joe-joyce-talks-progressing/
I like Kiwi Joe, he's a good fella. While criticism hasn't been unjustified per se, the maligning of your boy in recent years has been a little harsh. I just think Joyce is gonna get on top of him as the bout goes on. Kudos to the pair for giving us this one. Really appetizing matchup.
Parker is just happy he gets paid better fighting in the UK than New Zealand. His ambition went when he lost to AJ. Good guy, has some decent attributes for a HW but I think he has squandered the last few years of what could have been his prime.
