First off, glad to be here.

I'm a long time lurker, full time casual who doesn't know **** about boxing...well, you know.

But, l love the sport and enjoying talking about it.

Anyway, my perspective is really down to the size difference.

I know Parker is a big old lump himself, but would it be fair to say Zhang is a considerably bigger guy in every respect (height, weight, reach)?

    Could this be the difference?

All things being equal, I mean.

I have limited exposure to Zhang, and maybe judging him from the Joyce fights where Joe was a far more static, plodding proposition, has skewed my perception.

He just seems a bit too big, but as I said, that's just my initial perspective.

This has given me the impetus to go and do a bit of research on both men, however, as I condeed I may be underestimating Parker.

Good grief. An entire thread about dudes "ducking"

when we just got the great news that one of the best fights in the whole division is happening.

Parker vs Zhang - a fight that people on here have wanted for ages.

Don't worry, if Parker beats Zhang he'll automatically become "old and washed up".

Currently probably not. Joshua/Ngannou doesn't interest me much if I am honest, it's a novelty fight just like Fury/Ngannou. Parker/Zhang interests me but I'll need more than that to get me buy the card right now.

Maybe check your posts, h? Check the other thread, and by saying YOU, doesn't specifically mean YOU. You is also used as plural.
I also mention it multiple times that CroBox and few others were making crazy narrative, and you have done the same that everyone is ducking Hrgovic. How AJ was ducking Hrgovic and all that kind of nonsenses. There was that 1 guy that was making 100 Hrgovic thread and gets banned. Just the last couple of days the Hrgovic hypetrain absolutely derailed.

You didn't help your case making narrative and pulling absolutely lies about Parker.
And stop twisting my words i said i was countering YOUR(against plural) claims of the narrative.
I think this conversation is done.

Well, using that logic AJ ducked Fury when a contract was sent

Which is nonsense when put in to context

Apply some context to this situation

You, like everyone else know absolutely nothing regarding what has transpired yet as always are running your gums like you were there when the deals went down

Firstable sorry for your eye and hope everything goes smooth and you are healed and recover. Hope the surgery goes well.

Second it's not just my that are written long post, you and Dog are doing the same, and literally makes me write long post, bringing 10 different points.

And you haven't watch the Parker interview, as he said it clearly he didn't want to mention any names, and he was offered a lot of names by the Saudi and he said YES to all of them.

And it was Talksport interviewers that start talking about names, it was AJ first, then Joyce, then Hrgovic and Zhang.
Parker says he would love to fight them all. And that every name that was offered to him, and he mention Zhang and Hrgovic and says we say yes to this fights.
He also explain it perfectly that there is things going behind the scene that people don't see, aka negotiations and so on.

So you are keep mentioning this Hrgovic interview. Parker didn't call anyone out, he says they accepted every name.

But i'm wondering why you don't keep the same energy for Hrgovic, as on that very Twitter video he was call out by Jarred Anderson, who claimed that Hrgovic is ducking him.
So shouldn't Hrgovic responded in the next 2 hours, based on your claim?

Why should Parker respond when there was ongoing negotiation and he doesn't know who his opponent going to be ? This ain't how you sign contract and business. No one is doing their business via tik-tok, twitter, etc.

Eh you are making stuffs now. Kambosos was a Champion, not just a mandatory. If you don't see difference between the 2, then i don't know ....
You are pulling stuffs with this one. Everyone would be happy to face Hrgovic if he was Champion, even if it was for lesser fee. Completely different story, when he is not.

Also comparing Kambosos vs Hrgovic is silly. Hrgovic can't fill 5k. arena, Kambosos - Haney sold a hold 60k. stadium in less than 30 hours.

This example literally backfired really fast ....
Ignoring the rest as i don't want to cause more problem to the eye, and don't want to write essay. So let's agree to disagree.

It's actually a good example, to show that you are not doing business in tik-tok, as that fight didn't get make.
Fury usually makes fight and is serious, when he is quiet, not when he is on social media.
And just for a clarification it was Fury who put a deadline and then calls the fight off with his Monday is the deadline.

Just to summaries, while both cards don't look as stack as the December one, they are still solid cards.
And compare to the usual cards we were getting from USA and UK, they are great.
Also Saudi are constantly trying to make the best fights, and just for that they absolutely deserve to get the PPV.

There will be a huge 5 vs 5 Matchroom vs Queensberry card as well coming later this year, as well as Bivol - Beterbiev. So i will definitely buy both Usyk - Fury and AJ - Ngannou ones.

Thanks a lot. And it's both eyes

Trust me, I do not want to be writing long posts but most of all I don't want to be reading long ones because that kills my eyes and even worse a whole bunch of them

I have watched it. I watched it last week.

Yes, Hrgovic caught wind of what J-Park said and, rightly or wrongly, thought he was calling him out and responded to it and then instead of responding to Hrgovic saying he accepted his challenge he said nothing even though he obviously would've heard about it. Hrgovic probably thought, given that English is not his first language, that J-Park meant he agreed to fight him but Hrgovic had turned him down. I think that's where the confusion might lie.

But then after we find out J-Park signed to fight Big Bang you immediately attack Hrgovic accusing him of pooping his pants which was completely untrue and unreasonable of you. Hence why I and others took issue with it and hurled a few rocks back over the fence at J-Park even though I'm a fan of his, consider him one of the nicest guys in the sport, and I don't believe he's a ducker.

You accused Hrgovic of pooping his pants ''again'' even though you say there was no call out and you inexplicably blame him for others declining fights against him when the IBF went up and down their rankings trying to find an opponent for him, every single one of whom he was willing to fight. That's not his fault at all but you blame him

No I'm not making stuff up. The point I was making flew right over your head even though it was a very simple one. The point being that Haney, who I detest, took less money because he wanted a shot at the titles and he knew that if he won the sacrifice would be more than worth it in the long run both from a financial and legacy perspective

“The offer is well below what I believe this fight is worth to Devin Haney,” Hearn added. “But he’s a guy that wants legacy. He believes he can win this fight and if he does he becomes undisputed world champion. He’s doing this because this is the fight to take.''

Beating Hrgovic = a guaranteed title shot which in case you haven't noticed are very difficult to come by and what most top contenders crave and are desperate for.

Yeah thanks, I've already had to write a longer reply than I wanted to.

Beating Zhang gives Parker not just a title shot

But an actual interim title - the WBO
