That would never happen. Levels. Besides Wilder already flew home from England before the WBC even ruled on the meldonium case. Would love to see it though.

 

Neither actually needs each other since Wilder and Joshua are both making millions, but together they would make their biggest purses. That said I don't think Hearn is actually serious about risking Joshua against Wilder anytime soon. The fact that Hearn keeps bringing up Whyte, who isn't relevant or a threat to Wilder tells me all I need to know.

 

It should be more than 4 million when you consider that Pulev was to make $5 million for his fight with Joshua. Joshua was set to make $20 million. Parker brings a unification obviously and surely that gets more more than $5 mill.

Why $4 mill? maybe its because its around the same figure Team Povetkin paid Wilder for their shot at his title.

Well when you look at that figure and you consider the wealth of Ryabinsky (whom Team Parker are well aware of his riches) it is a small amount to pay for Team Povetkin. You ask yourself 'does that increase the chance of the fight happening or will it prevent it?'. If Team Parker did ask for $4 million for Povetkin to have a shot at the title, its hardly a hurdle for Team Povetkin and so the fight should be on straight away. Parker did say his next fight wasnt going to be against a bum. If this is true about the $4 mill, we should hear Povetkin agree to these terms very soon.

 

I don't think 4m is that outrageous. Parker is the champ. At least he doesn't hide with the drug excuse.

 

Povetkin promoter will pay that to get povetkin a title Parker will make more for this then hearn would pay him and if he wins he can demand much more off hearn because IMO apart from aj last fight Parker has the better resume

 

Povetkin will knock Parker out. Povetkin was framed. VADA finally cleared Povetkin for the fight with Wilder, the WBC's job is to protect Wilder, so the fight was called off. Wilder was saved from getting knocked out! Wilder has had 5 voluntary title fights in a row against winos from the alley. Ortiz was framed as well, because they both were threats to Wilder..................Wilder will never fight anyone legit, he will always cheat to keep that fake title. How in the hell did Wilder get ranked in the first place and how did Stiverne get ranked? Wilder knew he was not going to fight Ortiz all along. Wilder wanted to make people think he wanted that fight, while he did not. Wilder wanted the fight to be cancelled and it worked! Now the Stiverne fight will be shown on TV, when before the network refused to show such a disgrace! Wilder will be fighting for years without ever fighting anyone..............

 

In my opinion that isn't a crazy amount at all, considering Parker would probably lose his undefeated status, his belt and his unification payday against Joshua.
Actually I believe it's quite fair knowing the fight itself would make quite a lot of money too.

i would be supporting parker like no other to f this guy up. im sick of sasha. such a great fighter we thought... but now we realize why he took guys out like perez and takam, he relys on peds an wit out them mentally he cant continue it seems sense he doesnt learn his lesson

Parker will never fight Joshua or Wilder. Joseph will milk that WBO title until he loses against a journeyman. 3 shady decisions with Takam, Ruiz, and Fury. His luck is just about to run out, him and his team know it.

Well Wilder is making a million for his next fight and Joshua is making multi millions, there is a huge difference in purses, numbers and profile, they are not remotely close, they live in different worlds.

The put it in to some sort of perspective, Takam will be earning more money fighting AJ than Wilder will earn defending his belt.

I understand what you're saying but Wilder needs Joshua more than Joshua needs Wilder because Wilder wants those millions and he isn't getting them, he wants that profile, respect and he isnt getting it, the only way Wilder gets all that is if he fights Joshua.

Joshua on the other hand is selling out stadiums, doing great PPV numbers and is a worldwide name, he can keep doing what he is doing and nothing changes.

I think the problem with Joshua Vs Wilder will be the splits, there is no way on earth Wilder is getting 50/50, that's not happening but his ego and delusional comments say to me he believes that's what he is worth.

Hearn is cornering Wilder, Hearn has influence and if Whyte wins Saturday then he has the WBC Silver he will probably become mandatory for Wilder and Hearn will be forcing that fight straight away, if Wilder still refuses to fight Whyte and it goes to purse bids at some point then I'd be amazed if Hearn didn't win the purse bid and Wilder will have to come to the UK or vacate.

If Wilder does vacate and tries to force himself in to mandatory position for one of Joshuas belts then he'll get a mandatory split with no PPV split either so Wilder needs to sit down with his Team and work out what is the best option..

Either take the much smaller split against AJ which would still be multi millions or get stubborn, get dragged to the UK to fight Whyte for decent money or keep doing what he is doing for as long as he can, fighting the likes of Stiverne for a million a fight.
