No one seems have to have picked up on this here, but Parker only went down in round 2 because of the head clash from Whyte. From there on Parker was clearly concussed. He went down again in round 9 but that would've been because of the concussion that he had to fight 10 rounds with. He did well to drop Whyte in the 12th, should be a rematch.

A real possibility. That headbutt-knockdown was the turning point: he suddenly turned crap. Higgins mentioned in the press conference that the headbutt behind the ear disrupted Parker's equilibrium and balance.

    More excuses.

Parker has come up short at the highest level of the division. His future now involves a match up with Lucas Browne and some other Australian/NZ bums and then retirement.

This was a very predictable outcome and had absolutely f all to do with a head Butt. Parker no longer puts his full force into his punches hence he cannot compete at the highest level. Reason being his hands are wrecked.

    This was so predictable

Parker looked to be throwing his right hand with bad intentions in the first round. After that when the going got tough he seemed to wilt from the fray
