Parker isn't going to throw 3-4 shots without power for the goal of winning on points, he's going to straight up knock out Whyte.

If that were true how is it Chisora was able to tee off so much shots on him, how effective his jab if a gatekeeper like Chisora is able to land that many shots on him. It works on guys who can’t move like Lewison, Allen and Browne but I don’t think it’s effective against any type of real quality. This is not hating on Whyte I’m picking him to win and I like his mentality but he is quite flawed technique wise

Because it looks like he's improved since then. Whether he has or not we'll see on the day. I expect Parker to do a number on him, but if he doesn't that'll be down to Whyte's doing.

It didn’t lool like he improved against Helenius, Browne was a stationary punch bag I don’t take that fight too seriously coz of the shape Browne was in. I’m picking whyte not due to his boxing skills but more so his heart and ability to dig deep, I think he will push the action and get a split decision.

In terms of heart and digging deep, I kinda see those as only meaning he'll stay in the fight and keep getting beaten unless he is forced to go out on his shield. It doesn't mean he's going to win it, it just means he's not going to give up.

I see Parker literally running rings around him - and hurting him almost at will.

    Seriously

You could be right, I’m favouring Whyte 51-49 against Parker so I’m not gunna act like Parker can’t go in the decision. Sometimes it’s something as simple as heart and will power which can be the catalyst for a win. If Whyte can fight a similar fight to Takam and display a better showing of stamina he should sneak the win on the cards imo.

Yeah Kiwi, I would LOVE it to be that kind of difference and I am backing Parker to win this - but Joe hasn't shown anything for some time to suggest it will be domination. I think it should be a challenging fight for both, and while Joe dominating Whyte would be GREAT for his career... a gruelling but convincing win (which I suspect will be the case) wouldn't be the worst for his marketability.

Parker’s the better boxer, and I expect him to win. But I do reckon you’re either overestimating Parker, or underestimating Whyte in your prediction, if that’s how you see the fight unfolding.

I just hope something stupid like a quick stoppage from Ian John-Lewis doesn't ruin this fight.

It would be nice to see Parker win and quiet Whyte's big mouth.

Hopefully not. He certainly didn't pull an overly early stoppage on Lucas Browne when Whyte was beating the snot out of him haha

Yawn, two B level Heavies .......they both suck, period, the Heavyweight division has almost zero talent on the shelf, just a bunch of fat "Big" man.
