I understand what youre saying, but at the end of the day a fighters management team doesnt owe boxing anything. Their job is to manage their fighter. And in that sense it was an obvious blunder.

Wilder got an embarrassing loss 2 days ago because he ran his mouth a lot, but he did not stepping in the ring with anyone over a year. He fought just one round after Fury knocked him out in the third match. Before fighting against Parker, Wilder kept telling people how dangerous he is with his powerful right hand. He paid the high price for that.

In solid shape Joshua beats any version of Wilder.

There is no evidence that Wilder would beat Joshua, and no reason to believe it.

Golota is a mental midget. Id pick Ortiz to beat him

Joshua cant outbox Heavyweights who are his size. He can only do that vs Ruiz who slow footed and way shorter

Let it go! AJ is clearly better than Wilder, next!

I want to be clear in what I meant. I meant that in the past Wilder wouldve beaten Joshua from 2017-2021

Going forward I think Wilder may just not be the same fighter

Anthony Joshua is better overall but in a head to head matchup a young Wilder wouldve knocked Joshua out

he is more skilled but he would be giving up his normal height, reach, speed, and power advantages. He would also have a gas tank problem vs Wilder. His chin is probably not as good as Wilders (both have solid chins imo. Not great but not bad)

Joshua has little head movement. The only way to beat Wilder with such little head movement is to get him out of their early. Joshua could do that but most likely would get caught with something big and either be knocked out or become tentative.

Joshua is the better overall heavyweight with a far better resume but stylistically Wilder is a terrible matchup.

Wilder is a low output fighter, stamina would not be a factor.

What are you even basing that theory on? Wilder being far worse in terms of boxing ability, his best win being a win over Ortiz who went life and death with Martin who Joshua KO'ed without even trying, his vastly inferior resume, the fact Wilder ducked Joshua and turned down over $100 mill, the fact he lost to Parker without winning a round who Joshua comfortably beat.

Just because you think something is true doesn't make it so. Maybe Wilder can do what Ruiz did and lands a hail Mary shot out of nowhere and then finishes Joshua but based on what both have achieved over their careers Joshua has to be the favourite and a big favourite at that.
