Did they also ask for 50-50 like Wilder does? Wilder is not a draw, yet asks for 50-50 and claims he won't fight below 50%. So no fight for him. Simples.

Of course they didn't but they're also not undefeated World Champion KO artists who most view as Joshua's toughest fight at Heavyweight either. If Wilder doesn't get a 50/50 split, then who the **** does? Who exactly is AJ going to fight that could generate this much potential revenue? He's already fought that match against Wlad, maybe Haye could generate some dough like that in the UK, but that's about it.

All I hope is that Parker's team get a say in choosing the officials for the fight NOT to allow
an all British. Surely there are competant international officials available to ensure a completely fair fight Let lhe best man win

    And fury.

Besides him there is no one else who is a big draw other than Wilder.

It's a unification bout so both fighters as champs should have similar splits as both have something each one wants.

If Wilder or anyone else were simply challengers you could say they were being unreasonable.

You should want and expect Joshua to make concessions to make the Wilder fight happen but you've already made it clear that you'd rather forfeit the fight ranter than see Wilder get a pay day.
Anybody who doesn't want to see this fan is not a true fan of boxing. Simples.

What extra revenue would Wilder bring? Undefeated KO artist who the general perception is has been protected and stage managed. Even if this isn't its the perception..

He doesn't bring anything to the table other than the belt..

He isn't a huge draw in his own right and would be hanging off AJ's coat tails like Parker will but Parker understands this and is now going to fight...

If Wilder believes in himself as much a Blizzy does he would fight AJ for free take all the belts and AJ's fame then go make some serious coin like AJ is doing now...

These guys are here for the money nothing else...

I believe Parker is old school with a similar mindset to the likes of kovalev in that he is not too concerned with the politics of boxing but simply wants to get in the ring and fight to prove himself.

A rare breed. Whether this will be his undoing by conceding all terms to Hearns demands where there will be handpicked British refs, judges and doctors at ringside, we will have to wait to find out.

Great to see two Champions getting out instead of talking about it with a fork tongue.

One of them will hold 4 of the 5 belts by the end, assuming it’s not a draw, and that man will be the recognised World Heavyweight Champion irrespective of Wilders kidnap of the WBC belt

Correct. The plan is for Higgins to arrive on Monday to tidy up the loose ends and Parker to come over mid-week to do the big presser.
