    Parkinsons effects your motor skills

    but you can think jsut as easily as everyone else. You just cannot use your body as well

    I don't think Roach's comments are caused by dementia. Freddie Roach seems very logical. If anything maybe the stress of doing all he does and dealing with parkinsons makes him stressed out and say things like we all do when we are nervous or under pressure.
