What partner drills do you incorporate into your technical training?

    For example:

Jab Parry drill - As your partner jabs your rear hand, you shoot your jab at his rear hand trying to beat his jab back to the guard position.

Any defence + counter will do, not just the parry + jab. Slip outside and counter with a right hand. Duck and counter with a hook. Block a punch to the liver and counter with a right hand. Etc. etc. etc.

You can combine them if it gets repetitive after a while. For example if he throws a right you block and come up with your own right, if he jabs you parry and jab back. Things like that, the possibilities are endless.

You could also do things like turning your opponent when on the ropes, spinning him on the opposite side of the ref, etc. Or one lays on the ropes and counters, the other person tries to hit him.

Ps. Your partner should not be jabbing your rear hand but your chin, your rear hand should parry it ;)
