Bute said he's living a nightmare: fracture after Glen Johnson in 2011, foot infection in Nottingham, eye surgery right after Grachev even though he needed that earlier (until Froch) and now this which is it seems a result after the 2011 injury. He never retired before a fight in 300 amateur boxing fights and 10 years of pro.

He looked very good this time and prepared for Pascal. Bute said he's in best shape.

Why doesn't Pascal pay Stevenson step-aside money to allow him to fight Dawson?

 

Bute needs to stop drinking altogether, he needs to stop eating that **** they feed him in Romania in between fights (lard, fatty meat, etc), he needs to stop hanging around and partying with those leeches and sycophants in Romania and he needs to live and train a bit more like Hopkins and Mayweather if he wants to remain a world class fighter, not just during camp, but all the time.

 

We will see if he's done, but why such bad language? Please control yourself. :?

 

Because Stevenson fighting Dawson was to accomodate Pascal and Bute, he left the SMW division along with his IBF mandatory spot for that. There's no turning back now (don't think Adonis can go back to 168 and if he doesn't fight Dawson, who can he fight at LHW? He doesn't have anything to offer..)

 

Sure, but money is money, right? Wouldn't Stevenson step aside for 2-300k? Wouldn't Pascal be better off staying active? He can fight Bute next even if he loses to Dawson, imo.

 

Decebal...it's a contract problem. If Yvon Michel let Pascal fight, he will lose Pascal to 50 Cent. Michel wants to make sure he will be part of the Bute-Pascal fight to maximize his profit since Pascal has one fight left with GYM. Plain and simple.
