im calling it now, pascal-bute fight will be a boring one...one that the fans will be excited for, but will not deliver when it comes to fight night. Pascal, who looked like **** in his last outing against george blades, was being boo'd by the crowd, and the crowd even started to chant bute bute bute lol.. and bute has not fought in a year, nov 2012 to be exact, and his outing against denis gracheav looked just as bad as pascal/blades... bute last 2 fights are grachaev and froch....a B and A+ fighter, but with a devastating loss... pascals last 2 fights are blades and kuzemski...both B- fighters to me the more and more i look at it, this fight looks like a big payday for 2 fighters who are showing themselves to be at the end of their career...i mean if you look at their recent activity, their last opponents, and the quality of fight they put up against these guys.. im not sure how much longer these guys plan to fight, but its pretty clear to me, this fight that was announced to be a mega fight is not going to be anythign special, its going to look like 2 guys who are not at the top of their game, basicly 2 b level fighters going at it...
i guess i was right months ago....even though i was wrong in thinking bute would take this fight... either way, a very boring night of boxing.....
Pascal wasnt all that excited about fighting Stevenson when he said to Max Kellerman Im very proud of him [Stevenson]. Hes black like me; hes from the Haitian community.
